Shadi is an experienced and compassionate occupational therapist with nearly two decades of expertise in helping individuals of all ages overcome challenges and reach their fullest potential. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy (OT) in 2007 and earned her Master’s OT from in 2009. Throughout her career, Shadi has worked in diverse clinical settings, providing both individualized and community-based OT, and has developed a comprehensive understanding of the physical, cognitive, and psychological challenges that can impact daily life. In early years of her practice and as a pediatric OT, Shadi was specialized in addressing a wide range of diagnoses, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, neurodevelopmental disorders or delays, cerebral palsy, learning disorders, ADHD, Down syndrome, and more. She provides interventions in areas such as fine and gross motor skills, pre-writing and handwriting, balance and motor coordination, postural control, primitive reflexes, visual-perception skills, executive functions (planning, impulse control, organizational skills, and time management), sensory processing and self-regulation skills, as well as social and interpersonal skills. Since 2016, Shadi has worked as a Community OT in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia provide assistance to clients in various settings including homes, clinics, work environments, community centers, hospitals, and more, catering to individuals of all ages. She is also a registered provider with the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) in British Columbia, offering pediatric OT services.

Mohsen began his career as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in 2005, specializing in pediatric community and clinic-based services for children with ADHD, ASD, developmental coordination disorder, learning disorders, and Down syndrome. Throughout his career, Mohsen has been actively involved in multidisciplinary teams at professional rehabilitation clinics, helping clients recover from strokes, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. His expertise extends to outpatient care, with a focus on upper extremity orthopedic surgeries and hand therapy. As the founder and director of Paya Pediatric Centre in Tehran, Iran, Mohsen mentored and coached Ots, OT and rehab assistants, and rehabilitation professionals, developing treatment protocols to ensure effective care delivery. Since 2016, Mohsen has worked as a Community OT in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, providing specialized care for clients with mental health challenges, physical disabilities, brain injuries. He is also a registered provider with the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) in British Columbia, offering pediatric OT services. Dedicated to advancing his practice, Mohsen is particularly interested in neurological rehabilitation and the integration of Neurofeedback techniques to enhance client treatment outcomes.
